She has been teaching yoga since 2015 and has had the pleasure of travelling internationally to both study and share yoga. Drawing insights from Tantra and Buddhism, Zoe’s teaching style is embodied, creative and always with a philosophical undertone.
Having journeyed through many different careers, she also enjoys sharing thoughts and learnings from everyday experience, in ways that are relatable, honest and down to earth. Expect carefully curated music, authentic stories, laughter and most importantly her undivided presence.
