STORE TEAM MEMBER – BEAUTY & WELLBEING

Part-time or Full-time · Stockholm

Youtime continues to grow, and we’re now looking for an engaged Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Stockholm. Would you like to work in a calm, considered and quality-driven environment where beauty, wellbeing and client experience come together?

Youtime is a modern beauty and wellbeing destination where treatments, products and experience meet. We work with a carefully curated selection of international brands and services, and every client interaction is guided by knowledge, warmth and attention to detail — both in our studio and online.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role sits at the heart of our daily operations and combines retail, client experience and hands-on operational work. You’ll meet clients in our studio while also supporting our e-commerce flow, helping ensure every touchpoint with Youtime feels personal, professional and thoughtfully executed.

You’ll work closely with Julia, our Experience Manager, alongside the wider team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Creating a warm, calm and professional experience in every client interaction.

Guiding clients in product and service recommendations based on individual needs.

Retail sales across our beauty and wellbeing assortment.

Contributing to a beautiful, well-organised studio and retail environment.

In collaboration with our online team:

Picking, packing and fulfilling e-commerce orders.

Receiving and registering incoming deliveries.

Supporting stock management and inventory.

Ensuring accuracy, care and quality throughout the order flow.

If of interest: contributing to simple social content and in-studio product presentation. A visual eye and creative sensibility are a strong plus, but not required.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

Has experience from retail, beauty, hospitality or another service-driven environment.

Has strong service instincts and enjoys working closely with people.

Is organised, detail-oriented and responsible.

Has a genuine interest in beauty, skin, hair and holistic wellbeing.

Is confident in sales and focused on creating value for the client.

Enjoys combining client-facing work with operational tasks.

Thrives in a small, collaborative team.

Has experience as a skin therapist and/or makeup artist (a bonus, not a requirement).
