All purchases are dispatched the following day, Monday to Friday. If you place your order on a weekend or public holiday, we will be taking some time out for rest and play. Be assured, we will process your order as soon as we return to work on the following business day.
Our delivery partner is Australia Post. We will send your purchase via tracked eParcel. A signature is required upon delivery. You will receive an email with tracking details upon dispatch from our warehouse, along with shipping updates.
We offer delivery to P.O. Boxes Australia wide.
Please note that we will do our utmost to process and dispatch your purchase the following day. Delivery timeframes are a guide and may take longer during peak times such as holidays, or due to circumstances outside of our control such as extreme weather events, or delays experienced by our delivery partner. Our warehouse is based in Sydney, so NSW public holiday dates apply.
