DELIVERY

Your products will be packed and sent from our Studio on Birger Jarlsgatan 37A, Stockholm, so rest assured all orders are inspected and packed with care. Your order will arrive in our beautifully housed 100% recyclable Youtime box with protective filling, as well as a free gift which comes with every order.

Your package should arrive with you within 2-4 days of purchase domestically within Sweden, and within 3-6 days for International orders.

We also offer free pickup service at our Stockholm Studio, located at Youtime, Birger Jarlsgatan 37A.

All purchases are dispatched either same or following day of purchase, Monday to Friday. If you place your order on a weekend or public holiday, we will be taking some time out for rest and play. Be assured, we will process your order as soon as we return to work on the following business day.

We use a combination of delivery partners based on your location and the delivery service type selected. All orders are sent on a trackable service and you will receive an email with tracking details upon dispatch from our Stockholm Studio, along with all relevant shipping updates along the way.

Please note that we will do our utmost to process and dispatch your purchase the same or following day. Delivery timeframes are a guide and may take longer during peak times such as holidays, or due to circumstances outside of our control.

We also offer free pickup service at our Stockholm Studio, located at Youtime, Birger Jarlsgatan 37A.

SHIPPING

We offer multiple delivery options and free shipping alternatives on all orders. See below which conditions apply to your market.

SWEDEN

We deliver packages with Postnord and DHL Express, multiple shipping alternatives for each, and free shipping offered on all orders over 499 SEK.

Otherwise a shipping cost of 29-49 SEK is applied depending on which delivery method you choose.

SCANDINAVIA (FINLAND, DENMARK, NORWAY)

For orders going to either Finland, Denmark, or Norway, we deliver packages with Postnord, with multiple shipping options available, and free shipping on all orders over 1000 SEK.

On orders below 1000 SEK, a shipping cost of 99 SEK is applied.

EUROPE

We are always expanding our shipping locations, currently we also ship to Germany, Estonia, United Kingdom, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Netherlands, Poland. For orders heading to any of these countries, we offer multiple delivery options with Postnord and DHL Express, and free shipping on all orders over 1000 SEK.

For orders below 1000 SEK, a shipping cost of 110 SEK is applied.

RETURNS

When you choose to purchase from our product curation, you are investing in quality. Therefore, you can be assured your parcel should arrive in beautiful condition. If, for any reason, your order is not as you expected, please get in touch at hello@youtime.com so we can help.

We accept returns for refund or store credit on products that are unopened and returned in the same condition they were received. Please note in this case the cost for returning is not paid by us. Please email us within 14 days of placing your order at hello@youtime.com to receive your Returns Authorisation Number (RA#) and further instructions on your return.

If an item is faulty, we will offer a free return. To initiate a return, please email hello@youtime.com and our customer service staff will be happy to assist you with this.
