Your purchase will arrive beautifully housed in our 100% recyclable youtime box and protective filling.


All purchases are dispatched the following day, Monday to Friday. If you place your order on a weekend or public holiday, we will be taking some time out for rest and play. Be assured, we will process your order as soon as we return to work on the following business day.


We use a combination of delivery partners based on your location and the delivery service type selected. All orders are sent on a trackable service and you will receive an email with tracking details upon dispatch from our warehouse, along with all relevant shipping updates along the way.

*Orders containing dangerous goods can be sent on a standard road service only with an expected delivery time of 5-7 business days depending on your location.



P.O. Boxes:

We offer delivery to P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers Australia wide with Australia Post.


Please note that we will do our utmost to process and dispatch your purchase the following day. Delivery timeframes are a guide and may take longer during peak times such as holidays, or due to circumstances outside of our control such as extreme weather events, or delays experienced by our delivery partner. Our warehouse is based in Sydney, so NSW public holiday dates apply.



New Zealand:

Express shipping $15. 6-12 business days.

Our delivery partner is Australia Post. We will send your purchase via tracked eParcel. A signature is required upon delivery unless you select otherwise at the checkout. You will receive an email with tracking details upon dispatch from our warehouse, along with shipping updates.

Unfortunately we cannot ship dangerous goods, such as fragrance and essential oils to your location.


RETURNS

*Sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty.


When you choose to purchase from our product curation, you are investing in quality. Therefore, you can be assured your parcel should arrive in beautiful condition. If, for any reason, your order is not as you expected, please get in touch at hello@youtime.com so we can help.


We accept returns for refund or store credit on products that are unopened and returned in the same condition they were received. Please email us within 14 days of placing your order at hello@youtime.com to receive your Returns Authorisation Number (RA#) and further instructions on your return.


* For N.C.P Olfactives fragrances: N.C.P and youtime send you a 1ml sample with every 50ml perfume so that you can test the new scent on your skin before opening your full size purchase. If it’s not for you, you can return the unopened perfume within 14 days by following the instructions above.


If an item is faulty, we will offer a free return. To initiate a return, please email hello@youtime.com and our customer service staff will be happy to assist you with this.
