Youtime is grounded in community, and we are on a mission to elevate the voices of creatives, experts, tastemakers and thought leaders who can open up our world to their unique experience and wisdom. We call them Youtimers.

We asked our community to inspire us by sharing what youtime means to them.

What does ‘youtime’ mean to you?

Anything that brings the balance back.

For me, this includes free writing first thing in the morning, getting into my body and out into nature with ocean swims, hiking, running and camping in the bush, reading good books, bathing and gardening.

Oh, and eating nourishing food and dancing with friends, essential.

One word to describe your ‘youtime’ ?

Nourishing

What time of day does ‘youtime’ mean the most to you?

Just before the sun rises.

It's a magical experience sipping tea and writing out under the stars while the world still sleeps. And listening to the first birds start their morning chorus is food for the soul.

A selection of your favourite songs for ‘youtime’

Garth Stevenson's Flying, and anything by Nils Frahm or Sade.

Listen to my youtime playlist here.
