Youtime, to me, means turning and connecting inward and making your self care practice a priority every single day.
Doing things that bring joy and pleasure to your heart and living mindfully so that you can be the best, most authentic version of yourself.
I would say that for me, mornings for 'youtime' are when I feel most conscious about doing smaller practices to help start my day off well.
But I also make an effort now to take even more time throughout my day for 'youtime'.
