Youtime is grounded in community, and we are on a mission to elevate the voices of creatives, experts, tastemakers and thought leaders who can open up our world to their unique experience and wisdom. We call them Youtimers.

We asked our community to inspire us by sharing what youtime means to them.

What does ‘youtime’ mean to you?

My youtime is simply making time for the things I love.

That’s usually cooking a beautiful meal, being with friends, moving my body or working on my creative projects.

Modern life is made up of so many responsibilities and obligations that it really feels special to make (and protect) time to just enjoy.

One word to describe your ‘youtime’ ?

Sacred.

What time of day does ‘youtime’ mean the most to you?

5am!

I have been rising as early as I can this year and the difference it makes is incredible. It's the quietest part of the day, allowing me to be truly alone; exercise, meditate or on some days just sit in bed with a coffee and a book until I’m ready.

It means there is no rushing and that I have met my own needs for the day before taking on anything else!
