Smoked fish is a gluten-free salty licorice, shaped like a fish and cold-smoked. It doesn't get more Swedish than that, and to our knowledge, it is the world's only smoked licorice.

 

Sugar, invert sugar syrup, water, glucose syrup, corn starch, flavoring including ammonium chloride, licorice, modified corn starch, glazing agents (coconut oil, carnauba wax).
