You'd think I'd have shopping fatigue following a December filled with gift-giving, but never underestimate the power of a new year to get me purchasing all.the.things in the hopes they will help to make 2023 me, my best me.

All the good intentions, and utilising the mindset of introducing non-intimidating, bite-size habits to my everyday, I have high hopes for follow through. Clear eyes, full hearts, can't lose, et cetera.

It's so handy when the accompaniments to my habit-stacking quests are also on sale, because another one of my resolutions is to become Good With Money. No point in one healthy new habit counteracting another, so the friendlier to my bank account, the better.

With that in mind, I'm taking advantage of youtime's New Year Sale to stock up on my wellbeing staples and invest in some new tools to motivate me in my Year of Little Rituals. Here is what I'm shopping.

1

Medik8

Hydr8 B5 Intense

A summer well spent means my skin is in need of some post-holiday TLC.

While I'm an SPF fanatic, long days swimming and in the sun call for an injection of intense hydration, delivered courtesy of Medik8's bestselling Hydr8 B5 Intense moisturising serum.

Deeply hydrated, plump skin incoming.

2

Vida Glow

Natural Marine Collagen

Speaking of plump skin, 2022 was the year I commenced drinking my collagen.

I am yet to settle on a brand or flavour I'm loyal to, so I am taking full advantage of sale prices to peruse and sample as many as possible.

Vida Glow has an incredible variety of flavours to try.

3

Eleven

Miracle Hair Mask

Ooft, my salty hair needs an emergency dose of moisture as much as my skin.

The Miracle Hair Mask delivers that in abundance, the rich cream permeating dehydrated strands to treat and restore.

So good, make mine a double.

4

Bala

Weighted Bangles - Sand

Nothing spells resolution regret like a new gym membership 12-month contract. I've had a few.

2023, smarter me knows this, and understands that easy does it. Gently building strength via the beautiful Bala weighted bangles is more my stride.

5

Mesoestetic

HA Densimetrix 30ml

This cult product from cosmeceutical industry leaders Mesoestetic isn't exactly cheap and cheerful, but its efficacy is heralded by skincare experts.

The intensive concentrated formulation combines hyaluronic acid in several molecular structures for penetration at different levels of the skin epidermis, for improved skin elasticity, hydration and protecting against premature ageing.

It's currently in our New Year sale, so it's the perfect time to add to cart.

6

Bodha

Vibration Perfume Oil - Air

We have collectively decided to do away with the "save for a special occasion" mindset, yes? Recent *unprecedented times* have taught us to seize the damn day, and I'm on board.

Hoarding my fanciest fragrance for the rare date night only to realise it expired in 2019 is, well, just dumb.

This Bodha perfume oil is small but mighty, and the fragrance is truly something unique and special. I'm making it my new signature scent.

7

Superfeast

Mason's Mushrooms

One of my new little rituals is adding medicinal mushrooms to my morning coffee.

Mason's Mushrooms are an excellent entry product for a beginner, with a super-blend of eight powerhouse mushrooms hand-picked to support immunity, gut health, hormonal function, and the nervous system.

8

Kevin Murphy

Fresh.Hair

Stocking up on my bathroom shelf staples during sale time just makes sense, and this dry shampoo by Kevin Murphy is a firm favourite.
