Brew hot Measure: 1 tsp (3g) per 250 ml or 8 oz Temperature: Temperature: 80-90°C 1st infusion: 1-2 minutes 2nd infusion: 30 seconds Brew cold Measure 3 tsp (9g) per 1000 ml, refrigerate 4-12 hours to desired strength. Strain and serve with ice.
