Uji Matcha is the highest grade ceremonial matcha available.
Grown on a certified organic, single-estate tea garden, in the famous matcha growing region of Uji, Kyoto.
Produced by a family run business founded in 1868, the shade-grown tea is processed with a traditional stone milling technique, then airfreighted in small batches to ensure the product retains optimal farm-fresh flavour and quality.
